The fruit known as ‘lime’ is hardly as simple as it might sound, with the name often used to refer to a range of fruits as diverse as our native Finger and Desert Limes, Key Lime, Kaffir Lime, Rangpur Lime, Sweet Lime, Persian Lime, and so on…having said that, it’s that last type that is used commonly used as gin garnish, with a great zesty flavour & citrus aroma.
NOTE: We're dehydrating our lime slices in-house and to order, only using the freshest & locally sourced produce, so you're always guaranteed the best possible product. We're also making sure that all our fruit is dehydrated at low temperatures to maintain the vibrant colour, flavour & maximum nutritional value of the fresh fruit.
